R.J. Delain

R.J. has worked in the automotive industry and property management for the last twenty years. Since 2006 he has served as the Vice President of Delwin Properties. R.J. met Earl De Cloux in 2004 when Earl purchased a property that R.J. managed. They developed a very close friendship over the years and R.J. assisted Earl in many business ventures. He has served on the Bond Foundation board since 2012. It is extremely important to R.J. to continue the work Earl started helping Oconto County and surrounding area.

Mary McMonagle

President/Treasurer

Mary was born and raised in Oconto, WI and is the daughter of the late Judge John Wiebusch and his wife Mary. After graduating from UW-Stevens Point she spent many years investigating cases of child abuse and working with vulnerable children and families. She later became a private investigator and started Investigation Consultants LLC.

In 2009, Mary was hired as a grant writer for the Bond Foundation’s sister charity Adults Helping Children Today – Ukraine (ACT-Ukraine) and was later elected to the board of ACT-Ukraine. Following the death of Earl DeCloux Mary was elected to the Bond Foundation board of directors as President and Treasurer. Mary works closely with Executive Director, Jenni Hanna, overseeing the day to day operations of the Foundation and ensuring it stays true to the mission to assist the residents of Oconto County and the surrounding area.

Jenni Hanna

Executive Director/Secretary

Jenni was born and raised in Oconto, WI and currently lives in the city of Green Bay. She graduated from Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College in 1996 with a degree in Healthcare Administration. In 1999, she was hired as the administrative assistant for the Bond Foundation. She also served as Secretary of the Bond Foundation board.

Following the death of Earl DeCloux, Jenni was elected as Executive Director and Secretary. Jenni currently runs the day to day operations of the Foundation with the assistance of an active board of directors. She is strongly committed to the Foundation’s mission of assisting the residents of Oconto County and the surrounding area.

John Bostedt

Vice-President

John was born and raised in Oconto, WI and currently lives in the City of Oconto. He has served on the board of the Bond Foundation since 1993 and has held the position of Vice-President since 1999. He is employed by the City of Oconto as the Park, Recreation and Forest Director.

He is very involved in the local community and has coached youth sports for the past 35 years including basketball, football, Little League, and Girls’ Softball. He has also organized and coordinated many adult softball tournaments.

John is a member of the Oconto Elks Lodge #887 and the Oconto Planning Commission. He enjoys serving on the Bond Foundation board as it continues Mr. Bond and Earl DeCloux’s mission to support our local non-profit organizations.

Gary Ziegelbauer

Gary was born in Green Bay in 1952 and attended the UW-Whitewater and UW-Green Bay. Since 1974 he has been the President of Triangle Distributing Company, a primarily a malt beverage wholesaler that recently added a wine and a non-alcoholic division. Triangle Distributing Company was the last beer distributor for the Oconto Brewing Company

In 1995, upon the request of Oconto Mayor Bill Bake, Gary, and several other people from the area, invested in the present Riverview Inn in the city of Oconto. During that time Gary met Earl DeCloux and Leon Bond. That friendship, along with Gary’s connections to Oconto, lead to him serve on the ACT-Ukraine board. After Earl’s passing he was also asked to join the Bond Foundation board.

Gary has been active in Northeast Wisconsin with Special Olympics, Big Brother Big Sisters, the NEW Community Shelter, the Green Bay Boys and Girls Club and My Brother’s Keeper. He is honored to work with the Bond Foundation board because of their passion to help improve the quality of life for the citizens of Oconto County and commitment to support the vision of Leon Bond and Earl De Cloux.

Chris Augustine

Chris was born and raised in Oconto. After graduating from Oconto Senior High school he went on to attend UW-Superior and UW-Green Bay. At that point Chris went back into the family business as a General Motors dealer in Oconto. This allowed him to build and maintain many relationships within the Oconto county community all the while helping shape and observe the needs of Oconto.

After selling the business in 2007 Chris devoted his time to multiple civic and community causes. In April of 2014 Chris was elected to the Oconto County Board and currently serves on the County Board and two committees. In 2009 Chris was elected to the ACT-Ukraine board and in 2014 to the Bond Foundation board.

Beth Larson

Beth was born and raised in Lena, WI and has been a lifelong resident of the area. She began working at North Shore Bank in 1989 and stayed until 1994 when it was purchased by Associated Bank. At that time Beth took the position of CSR Supervisor at Associated Bank and held that position until 2001 when she was brought on as the Assistant Manager for The Stephenson National Bank & Trust in the new Oconto office.

In 2008 Beth was promoted to Branch Manager of the Oconto office and in 2016 to Regional Manager of the Oconto and Western Region offices. Beth has a long history of community involvement which includes serving on the Grow Oconto board, the Bistro Committee for the Oconto Hospital Foundation fundraiser, a past board member of the Oconto Humane Society and Team Oconto.

She served on the Tourism and Industrial Development committees for the City of Oconto and currently is the Vice President for the Oconto Chamber of Commerce. Beth is the newest member to the Bond Foundation and looks forward to working with the Board and the community.
